Classes are beginner-friendly. Modifications are given based on your needs to guide you into the safest position for you.
**Class size at our studio is limited to allow for sufficient spacing and comfort.
PLEASE sign up for classes online or via text, letting me know your name and which class. This helps to better prepare for the class and know whom to get a hold of in case of an emergency or weather cancellation. Also, a class may be cancelled if there are less than 3 signed up.
Classes include yoga mat, and supports. Water, tea, and coffee are available free of charge.
